Fresno, CA Job Fair March 30, 2011 Fairgrounds

The County of Fresno Department of Social Services, the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County and the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Job Fair at the Fresno Fairgrounds on March 30, 2011.

All businesses and people seeking jobs are invited to attend. The Job Fair is open to the general public and historically has an attendance of more than 8,000 job seekers. This is a great time to connect with local Fresno business who are motivated to hire!

Bakersfield Blaze Minor Team Job Fair - Sam Lynn Ballpark - Feb. 26

The 2011 baseball season is almost here, and teams around the country are gearing up for a complete season of games which means jobs for people in Bakersfield. There are at least 70 home games for the Blaze during the months of April - September. They hire at the part time level for multiple positions including Concessions Staff, Ticket Office, Ushers, Cashiers, Concessions and more. The team is looking for Part Time - Seasonal employees willing to work from March 2011 through September 2011 are encouraged to attend the teams annual Job Fair held at Municipal Stadium in San Jose, CA. The jobs range from customer service to food service and many other jobs will be available, as there are opportunities to work special events during the season as well.
